Job Description
BarkleyOKRP is seeking a Director of Creative Recruitment to lead the agency's talent strategy and build pathways to attract top creative talent. The Director will partner with creative leadership to understand the agency's evolving needs and stay ahead of the competition by identifying, attracting, and retaining extraordinary talent. This role involves acting as a connector between the agency and the creative industry, establishing strong relationships with the best creative talent through networking, industry events, and direct outreach.

What this role involves:
  • Collaborating with creative leaders to define key hiring priorities.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor hiring strategies.
  • Leading proactive recruitment efforts for full-time, freelance, and leadership roles.
  • Serving as an ambassador for BarkleyOKRP's culture and values.
  • Elevating the recruitment process to provide a seamless candidate experience.
  • Developing strategies for retaining top creative talent.
  • Utilizing recruitment metrics and data to drive improvements.
  • Working closely with creative, strategy, and HR leaders to align talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in creative, marketing, or advertising.
  • Deep understanding of the creative landscape.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of designing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Strong leadership experience.
  • Comfort with leveraging recruitment metrics and data.
  • Passion for creativity and ability to articulate the agency's brand.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
