Interactive Brokers is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee IT programs and ensure project completion. This role involves cross-functional oversight, alignment of teams, and proactive management of technical risks. The position is based in Greenwich, CT, and operates on a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).Interactive Brokers is a global financial services company known for its cutting-edge technology and client commitment. The Technical Program Manager will play a crucial role in implementing innovative technology solutions and ensuring seamless service delivery.Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive program plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure alignment of program goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
- Establish and maintain program governance structures and processes.
- Allocate resources across multiple projects within the IT program.
- Maintain comprehensive program documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Significant experience in technical roles outside of project management and program management is desired.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
