Verkada is seeking an Enterprise Sales Enablement Manager to partner with their high-performing Enterprise Sales team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering impactful programs, content, and resources that equip sales professionals to effectively engage with large, complex accounts and drive revenue growth. Verkada is a leader in cloud-based B2B physical security, offering six product lines integrated with a single cloud-based software platform.

Requirements: - 5-7+ years of experience in sales enablement or training
- Expertise in solution selling approaches like MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, and Challenger
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and processes
- Experience building and delivering enablement programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Comfortable navigating sales enablement platforms and tools
- Data-driven approach to measuring impact and improving outcomes
- Strong collaboration skills
- Comfort with change in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
