Verra Mobility is seeking a Command Centre Coordinator to join their team in Silverwater, Sydney. This is a full-time Maximum Term Contract (ending June 2026) requiring shift work across a roster that operates 24/7, 365 days a year. The Command Centre Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for Mobile Speed Camera Operators (MSCOs), ensuring their safety, coordination, and support in delivering safer roads across NSW.

The role involves remotely monitoring vehicles, assisting MSCOs with issues, coordinating rosters, and logging equipment issues. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, be capable of troubleshooting, and possess excellent multitasking skills. They should also have a valid Australian driver's license and be able to work collaboratively within a team.

Role Involves:

  • Remotely monitoring Mobile Speed Camera vehicles via GPS and CCTV.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for MSCOs, providing assistance with issues.
  • Coordinating rosters and shift changes.
  • Monitoring MSCO setup and shutdown procedures.
  • Logging and reporting equipment issues.

Requirements:

  • Valid and unrestricted Australian driver's license.
