Job Description
Verra Mobility is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a full-service team in Calgary, Alberta. The Operations Supervisor will manage inventory levels, ensure high-quality work, and foster employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to develop training materials.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and motivate employees through communication, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Manage day-to-day operations by monitoring inventory and staffing levels.
  • Identify ways to create a valued and engaged work environment.
  • Conduct regular 1-on-1 sessions and team meetings.
  • Address employee performance and behavior issues.
  • Track attendance and tardiness.
  • Develop relationships with internal departments, customers, and vendors.
  • Implement process and organizational changes.
  • Address escalated customer issues.
  • Assist with data entry, mailroom, and evidence package support.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years of supervisor experience.
  • Ability to develop and engage with employees.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and work well with others.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quality-driven with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office.
