Mirakl, the global leader in platform business innovation, is seeking a SMB Account Executive for Mirakl Connect, based in Boston. This role involves owning the full sales cycle for small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients, driving new business growth, and expanding Mirakl Connect’s Channel Management solution.Mirakl is recognized as a Great Place to Work company and offers a transformative way to drive significant growth and efficiency in online business.What this role involves:
  • Proactively identify, prospect, and engage new SMB sellers and brands.
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Mirakl Connect’s Channel Management solution.
  • Collaborate with onboarding, customer success, and product teams.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the SMB landscape.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets.
  • Track key performance metrics and market feedback.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and competitive activity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a closing sales role with a proven track record in the SMB segment.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and passionate about driving results.
