Mirakl, the global leader in platform business innovation, is seeking a Client Success Consultant for its Adspert solution in Boston. Adspert, acquired by Mirakl in December 2024, is an AI-driven marketplace ad optimization solution. The Client Success Consultant will drive client retention, satisfaction, and advocacy by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and developing tailored success plans. This role involves fostering trust, gathering client feedback, and acting as the Voice of the Customer.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives.
- Develop and execute tailored success plans.
- Advocate for clients internally and communicate feedback.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews.
- Foster a referral culture by delivering outstanding client experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the Client Success team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in a client-facing, client-centric role.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proven ability to build trust and deep relationships with clients.
- Strong listening skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
- Good understanding of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tools and business models.
