Mirakl, the global leader in platform business innovation, is seeking a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager for Mirakl Connect, its ecosystem platform. This role is based in Boston, Massachusetts. The Sr. Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategy and execution of demand generation and customer acquisition initiatives globally.Mirakl Connect connects sellers, partners, and operators to accelerate growth and innovation in the marketplace economy. By linking enterprises with a curated network of sellers and service providers, Mirakl Connect helps businesses scale their marketplaces quickly and efficiently.
Role Involves: - Designing, launching, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Developing integrated marketing plans.
- Collaborating with Product, Sales, and Content teams.
- Overseeing A/B testing and campaign personalization.
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance.
- Leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Working with creative and product marketing teams to develop compelling assets.
- Ensuring effective campaign rollout and performance.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in marketing.
- Strong track record in demand generation and customer acquisition, ideally targeting SMB audiences.
- Hands-on experience with paid acquisition (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and organic channels (SEO, content marketing).
- Experience with field marketing or account-based marketing (ABM) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in campaign measurement and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
