Job Description
Beyond Finance is seeking a FP&A Senior Analyst to join their corporate FP&A team. This role involves providing variance analysis, financial & headcount reporting, and modeling support for financial and operational forecasts, business analysis, and annual budgeting. The FP&A team collaborates cross-functionally to consolidate financial information and develop projections and analyses. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical and skilled at communicating complex financial and accounting concepts to executive leadership and all levels of the company.
What This Role Involves:
- Analyzing past results and performing variance analysis.
- Analyzing financial data and trends to create financial reports.
- Improving current processes for financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting.
- Meeting with division leads to discuss monthly variances.
- Providing ad hoc reporting and data generation for general ledger data.
- Building financial models in Excel based on historical data.
- Providing financial and strategic support to senior management.
- Assisting in tracking and analyzing cash inflows and outflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a quantitative field.
- 2-3+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Accounting, or Accounting/Finance Professional Services.
- Excellent Excel and data skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal, quantitative, and written communication skills.
- High standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under tight time constraints.
- Desire to learn operations and strategy.
