Job Description
OpenEye, a cloud video platform company and subsidiary of Alarm.com, is seeking an Account Executive to join its high-velocity direct demand generation and business development team. This role is based in Liberty Lake, WA. The Account Executive will be responsible for delivering on monthly pipeline creation and quarterly revenue targets. The position reports to the Director of Inside Sales and requires an in-office presence.
Role involves: - Sourcing and closing new business to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Building an understanding of OpenEye’s products.
- Managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, proposals, and closing deals.
- Maintaining accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
- Exceeding goals for outbound calls, emails, demos, and pilots.
- Serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
- Collaborating with Customer Success for smooth pilots and implementations.
- Providing customer needs and market intelligence to product management.
Requirements: - 3+ years of technology sales experience with proven results.
- Effective communication skills for presenting, nurturing relationships, and building rapport.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, competitive, and fast-paced environment.
- Strong team orientation and a hunter’s mentality.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Salesforce experience a plus.
