Salesforce Architect

Job Description

Mitsogo Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Architect to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions. The Salesforce Architect will collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the complete technical architecture, including data flow and integration between Salesforce and other enterprise solutions.Responsibilities include:

• Designing scalable and robust Salesforce solutions.
• Defining and documenting architectural standards and best practices.
• Evaluating and recommending new Salesforce features and solutions.
• Architecting and documenting solution designs.
• Transitioning solution designs to development resources.
• Collaborating with business and IT leaders.
• Offering creative ideas to meet business requirements.
• Providing industry-leading technical expertise with Salesforce.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Proven experience with the configuration/administration of Salesforce Service Cloud
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
