Cultivation Agent

Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent for their facility in Santa Rosa, CA. The Cultivation Agent will be responsible for on-site cultivation of medical cannabis gardens, monitoring plant production and health, and maintaining quality control. The agent will also maintain the organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the production area. Main duties include day-to-day plant care such as watering, pruning, and harvesting.

Role Involves:

• Ensuring plant health through pruning and other tasks.
• Moving plants between areas of the cultivation facility.
• Transplanting plants.
• Harvesting plants.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the cultivation facility and equipment.
• Assisting with tracking plants and ensuring accurate documentation.

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption, or equivalent.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in varying indoor and greenhouse climates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work around plant material, including exposure to pollen and dust.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations.
