Job Description
OpenTable is seeking a Senior Manager, Risk and Controls to join their Finance team. This role is based in Norwalk, Connecticut, with a preference for 1-2 days per week in the office. The Senior Manager will support the organization’s compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, advance the maturity of the enterprise risk management framework, and partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate material risks through effective internal controls.

The role involves:
  • Leading risk assessments across the organization.
  • Developing and maintaining the company's internal controls framework.
  • Partnering with process owners to design and implement effective controls.
  • Managing and coordinating the company's SOX compliance program.
  • Supporting the design and implementation of an ERM framework.
  • Collaborating with internal and external auditors.
  • Identifying and communicating control deficiencies.

The ideal candidate should have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 10+ years of experience in risk management, internal controls, or audit.
  • Significant experience in SOX compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • CPA, CIA, and/or CISA certifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
