OpenTable is seeking a Senior Manager, Risk and Controls to join their Finance team. This role is based in Norwalk, Connecticut, with a preference for 1-2 days per week in the office. The Senior Manager will support the organization’s compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, advance the maturity of the enterprise risk management framework, and partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate material risks through effective internal controls.
The role involves:
Leading risk assessments across the organization.
Developing and maintaining the company's internal controls framework.
Partnering with process owners to design and implement effective controls.
Managing and coordinating the company's SOX compliance program.
Supporting the design and implementation of an ERM framework.
Collaborating with internal and external auditors.
Identifying and communicating control deficiencies.
The ideal candidate should have:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
10+ years of experience in risk management, internal controls, or audit.
Significant experience in SOX compliance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
CPA, CIA, and/or CISA certifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
