C6 Bank is seeking a dedicated Operador de Atendimento to join their Solucione VIP team. The role is based in São Paulo, Brazil, and operates on a hybrid work model.

As a CSixer, the individual will be responsible for providing first-level support to high-income clients via chat, email, voice, and WhatsApp. They will offer suitable products to clients based on their profiles, escalate clients to second-level support when necessary, contribute to the improvement of bank processes and products, and classify and address operational errors.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • CPA-10 certification (desirable)
  • Completed or ongoing higher education
  • Experience in customer service (preferred)
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays (24x7 support)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
