Commercial Solutions Engineer - Spanish or Italian Speaking

Job Description

• Be a Smartsheet expert, defining workflows and designing solutions.
• Partner with Commercial Account Executives to deliver solution discoveries and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to design creative solutions.
• Demonstrate technical aspects of the product to solve customer problems.
• Provide product/technical support to the sales team and prospects.
• Prepare technical responses to prospect questions and help define best practices.
• Travel to customer sites and represent Smartsheet at marketing events.

• 1-3+ years of experience as a pre-sales Solutions Engineer or related field.
• Technical leadership and customer-facing skills.
• Passion for web-based technologies and understanding of functionality, use cases, and business and technical elements.
• Experience in solution design related to collaboration/workflow/project management.
• Willingness to travel periodically.
• Experience using Salesforce and applying qualification methodology (e.g. MEDDICC).
• Fluency in English and either Spanish or Italian.
• Legally eligible to work in the UK.
