Emerging Product Enablement Specialist (Fixed Operations)

Job Description

Tekion is seeking an Emerging Product Enablement Specialist to prepare new products and major releases for commercialization. This role involves managing product-market fit across multiple verticals, including Fixed, Accounting/Payroll, and CRM/Retail.Tekion's Emerging Product Enablement Specialist will:

• Develop a deep understanding of emerging software products.
• Design and deliver training programs for internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Provide technical support and guidance.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop sales enablement resources.
• Partner with customer success teams to ensure successful onboarding and retention.
• Gather feedback for product improvement.
• Monitor market trends and develop market enablement strategies.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks.

Requirements for the role include:

• Strong Automotive Dealership knowledge and/or Automotive Software experience.
• Knowledge of the DMS and/or working with the DMS.
• Fixed operations experience in Parts AND Service.
• Understanding of dealership operations and key metrics.
• Proven technical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Great communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented and a team player.
