Axon, a company with a mission to Protect Life, is seeking a Manager of Go-to-Market Readiness. This role is crucial for delivering world-class sales and customer experiences by enabling seamless quoting and launch readiness across Axon’s ecosystem of products and services. The Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Commercial Operations and will partner with Product, Sales, Sales Strategy, and Finance to turn product, pricing, and packaging decisions into operational reality.
What this role involves: - Leading go-to-market readiness for pricing release cycles.
- Organizing cross-functional decision-making and coordinating IT execution.
- Identifying and recommending improvements to go-to-market systems and processes.
- Translating business objectives into technical and operational requirements.
- Developing MVPs and business cases for initiatives.
- Collaborating to prioritize product releases.
- Partnering with the NPI team to align timelines.
- Creating approval frameworks for product introduction and SKU strategies.
- Developing and maintaining documentation.
- Acting as a subject matter expert for pricing and quoting readiness.
- Coordinating and supporting testing related to Salesforce and ERP platforms.
- Serving as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Staying up to date on Salesforce and ERP updates.
What candidate should bring: - Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and systems.
- 8+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in sales operations, systems, or tools.
- Experience with Salesforce release management and deployments.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Familiarity with B2B business models.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
