Capco is seeking an Asset Management Infrastructure & Front Office Specialist in Switzerland. The candidate will manage and optimize infrastructure and front office operations within the asset management function. He will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of front-to-back processes and efficient technology infrastructure.
Role involves:
Overseeing and enhancing the infrastructure supporting asset management operations.
Collaborating with front office teams to understand their requirements.
Managing the implementation and maintenance of investment management systems.
Ensuring accurate and timely capture, validation, and reconciliation of investment data.
Collaborating with technology teams to identify and implement process automation.
Supporting front office activities by providing technical expertise.
Staying informed about industry trends and technological advancements.
Assisting with system upgrades, testing, and user training.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, or a related field.
Proven experience in asset management, with a focus on infrastructure and front office operations, preferably within the Swiss financial industry.
Solid understanding of investment management systems, portfolio management system such as Blackrock Aladdin, trade order management systems (OMS), and other front office tools, in compliance with Swiss financial regulations.
Familiarity with data management and reporting tools used in asset management, considering Swiss data privacy and security requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in accordance with Swiss market practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments and adhere to Swiss regulatory guidelines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, while following Swiss financial industry standards.
Fluency in English and French is a must
