C6 Bank is seeking an Data Engineering Specialist to join their Data Engineering area, which is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Data Platform. The Data Platform includes the ingestion of data from transactional, operational, and customer relationship systems. The Specialist will be a technical reference for the team, leading and supporting developments, implementing scalable solutions using Google Cloud Platform, and maintaining effective communication.

Role Involves:

  • Being a technical reference for the team
  • Supporting the developments of the Data Platform Engineering team
  • Supporting and developing the implementation of scalable and robust solutions using Google Cloud Platform
  • Maintaining efficient communication with the team and areas directly involved with the data
  • Contributing to the development and implementation strategy
  • Collaborating with areas and stakeholders to meet the needs and functionalities of the data platform

Requirements:

  • Experience in Data Platform Engineering
  • Experience with Python and GoLang programming languages (desirable)
  • Knowledge of software development best practices such as Clean Code, CI/CD, unit tests, and design patterns
  • Technical capability to understand automation codes and resource optimization in a cloud environment
  • Familiarity with batch (Airflow) and event pipeline orchestration
  • Knowledge of containerized environments and Kubernetes
  • Assertive communication skills with the team and other leaders
  • GCP Certifications is a plus
