C6 Bank is seeking a Data Engineer to join their Engineering team. The Data Engineer will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the Data Platform, including the ingestion of data from various systems. The ideal candidate will support the Data Platform and Data Engineering teams, develop scalable solutions using Google Cloud Platform, and ensure the quality of implementations.
Role Involves:
- Supporting the Data Platform and Data Engineering teams.
- Developing scalable and robust solutions using Google Cloud Platform.
- Maintaining efficient communication with the team.
- Contributing to the development and implementation strategy.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to meet data platform needs.
Requirements:
- Experience in Data Platform Engineering.
- Experience with Python and/or GoLang.
- Knowledge of software development best practices.
- Technical capacity for understanding automation codes.
- Familiarity with batch (Airflow) and event pipeline orchestration.
- Knowledge of containerized environments and Kubernetes.
- Ability to communicate assertively with the team.
- GCP Certifications (a plus).
