2K is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Partnerships to join their team. This role involves working on revenue-generating deals across all sports titles that 2K develops and publishes. The Senior Manager will strengthen 2K's IP and delight consumers through creativity and partnership.
What this role involves:
Structuring, negotiating, and finalizing strategic partnerships.
Developing sales tools, including pitch creation and media valuation.
Collaborating with internal 2K teams to execute well-rounded partnership programs.
Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with partners and agencies.
Seeking out partnership opportunities in new categories.
Coordinating and managing internal and external production schedules.
Collaborating with 2K legal counsel on contract development.
In-game media valuation and reporting.
Revenue forecasting, tracking, and category analysis.
Retail promotion analysis and case study development.
Competitive analysis.
Requirements:
BS/BA Required; MBA preferred
8+ years in partnership marketing and/or sales.
Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
Extremely organized, self-starter with the ability to multi-task.
