Job Description
2K is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Partnerships to join their team. This role involves working on revenue-generating deals across all sports titles that 2K develops and publishes. The Senior Manager will strengthen 2K's IP and delight consumers through creativity and partnership.

What this role involves:
  • Structuring, negotiating, and finalizing strategic partnerships.
  • Developing sales tools, including pitch creation and media valuation.
  • Collaborating with internal 2K teams to execute well-rounded partnership programs.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with partners and agencies.
  • Seeking out partnership opportunities in new categories.
  • Coordinating and managing internal and external production schedules.
  • Collaborating with 2K legal counsel on contract development.
  • In-game media valuation and reporting.
  • Revenue forecasting, tracking, and category analysis.
  • Retail promotion analysis and case study development.
  • Competitive analysis.

Requirements:
  • BS/BA Required; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years in partnership marketing and/or sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extremely organized, self-starter with the ability to multi-task.
