C6 Bank is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its Human Experience (HX) team. This team focuses on simplifying financial lives through strategic and innovative design solutions, ensuring the best user experience. The Senior Data Analyst will lead strategic initiatives, transforming data into actionable insights for the business.

Role involves:

  • Leading data analysis focused on user behavior to generate strategic insights.
  • Designing and implementing complex and interactive dashboards in Power BI.
  • Creating and maintaining technical and functional documentation in Confluence.
  • Developing executive presentations with data-driven insights for stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the definition, monitoring, and optimization of KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to align data initiatives with business goals.
  • Mentoring junior team members, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with BigQuery SQL, including manipulation and optimization of large datasets.
  • Expertise in developing reports and dashboards in Power BI.
  • Advanced ability to analyze and synthesize data to generate strategic and actionable insights.
  • Experience creating technical documentation and executive presentations.
  • Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
  • Proactive profile with autonomy to lead projects from start to finish.
  • Experience with Firebase and GA4, knowledge in data modeling and data pipelines in cloud environments, experience in leading data projects or analysis teams, or familiarity with agile methodologies and collaboration tools (are considered a plus).
