Sr Systems Analyst (Citrix VDA, powershell, Sql)

Job Description

Altera, a member of the N. Harris Computer Corporation family, is seeking a Sr Systems Analyst to deliver health IT solutions. The Sr Systems Analyst will be responsible for performing Citrix audits, handling pressure with tight deadlines, and identifying priorities. The candidate should be able to work independently, automate tasks, and work in a 24x7 environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing Citrix audits before upgrades/go-live
• Handling pressure and working with tight deadlines
• Identifying priorities and critical deliverables
• MI analysis and finding enhancements
• Automating tasks and PowerShell scripting
• Implementing technical initiatives and process improvements

Requirements include:

• 6+ years of experience in Citrix Support
• Basic knowledge of ITIL framework
• Experienced in Citrix VDA installation and support
• Skilled in Citrix Application Delivery Management (ADC)
• Good knowledge on Citrix Storefront, Delivery Controllers, WEM and profile management
• Hands-on Experience on HDX/Edge Computer Optimization, Citrix Provisioning and Machine creation
• Experience in Multifactor authentication
• Good Verbal and written communication skills
• Working experience on ServiceNow and Power BI
• Ability to automate repetitive tasks
• Experience in automation or power shell scripting
• Basic database understanding (SQL)
• Experienced in Application support or Quality Analyst
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Willingness to work in fixed US shift
