  • Helping build and maintain portage salarial payroll.
  • Managing and coordinating proprietary payroll software deployment.
  • Ensuring correct interpretation of contracts and reimbursements.
  • Processing professional expenses and travel reimbursements.
  • Collaborating with legal and account management teams for compliance.
  • Identifying solutions to challenges and inconsistencies.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in payroll processes for employees under the portage salarial business model.
  • Deep knowledge of French labor law related to portage salarial.
  • Experience with payroll systems (Silae).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Fluent English and French.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
