Sr Release Train Engineer

Job Description

Vonage is seeking a Sr Release Train Engineer to orchestrate the Agile Release Train (ART) and ensure the smooth delivery of value across programs and portfolios. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in leading Agile transformations, managing delivery processes, and optimizing team performance using tools like Jira. This role is crucial in aligning teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic and evolving organization.He/She will be responsible for:

• Leading Agile Transformation
• Facilitating ART Events
• Aligning Cross-Functional Teams

• Tracking & Improving Performance
• Enhancing Agile Practices
• Coaching Teams & Leaders

Requirements:

• 4+ Years in Agile Delivery with hands-on experience leading Agile at scale.
• SAFe Certified (e.g., SA or RTE) with strong understanding of Lean/Agile principles.
• Tool Proficiency in Jira, Jira Align, and other Agile tools to support delivery and reporting.
• Agile Transformation Leadership with a proven track record of coaching teams and influencing leadership.
• Continuous Improvement Mindset, actively implementing impactful changes.
• Self-Starter Attitude, proactive and confident in driving initiatives independently.
• Strong Collaboration Skills, thriving in fast-paced, multicultural, cross-functional environments.
