Vonage is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales within the Applications Business Unit. This role focuses on helping mid-market and enterprise customers modernize their customer and employee engagement strategies through integrated UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI solutions. The Senior Enterprise Account Executive will own strategic, high-value accounts, navigate complex buying groups, and drive outcomes in key verticals such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, and Technology.Vonage is looking for someone to engage and close new enterprise customers while helping Vonage capture market share from legacy platforms. This role involves leading cross-functional engagement from discovery to deployment and influencing how Vonage scales its MME business across North America.
What this role involves: - Owning the sales cycle for enterprise opportunities ($500K–$1M+ ARR).
- Developing and executing strategic account plans.
- Leading multi-threaded engagement across business, technical, and executive stakeholders.
- Building industry knowledge in priority verticals.
- Delivering outcome-based value propositions.
- Driving pipeline creation through targeted outbound strategies and ABM.
- Maintaining 4x pipeline coverage and forecast with precision.
- Partnering with Sales Engineers, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
Requirements: - 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS, communications, or customer experience technology.
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quotas.
- Experience with complex buying cycles.
- Strong pipeline generation capabilities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Deep consultative selling skills.
- Industry vertical expertise or a strong desire to specialize.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
