Lucid Motors is seeking a Roadside Assistance Coordinator to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating roadside assistance services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing fleet operations. The Roadside Assistance Coordinator will play a crucial role in providing timely and efficient support to Lucid customers, ensuring their safety and comfort on the road.Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls from roadside assistance vendors and assessing the situation.
• Coordinating with service providers and tracking their status.
• Communicating with motorists to assess their needs and offer solutions.
• Documenting all actions and communications.
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Handling complaints and disputes.
• Overseeing the dispatch and tracking of service vehicles.
• Managing the daily operations of the fleet.
• Coordinating accident and claims with insurance companies.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and high-pressure situations.
• Customer service focus.
• Familiarity with GPS and dispatch software.
• Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems.
• Experience in RSA & fleet management.
