Job Description
OneTrust is seeking a Manager – Business Systems, Post Sales to lead its Salesforce and post-sales systems team. The manager will oversee a team of Solution Architects and Administrators, driving the roadmap, delivery, and optimization of all Salesforce and related systems supporting Customer Success, Support, Renewals, and Customer Operations. He/She will work closely with business leaders across Customer Success, Customer Support, Professional Services, and Revenue Operations to align technology solutions with post-sales business goals. This role is critical to ensuring scalable, efficient, and high-quality system design, development, and operational support across the post-sales customer lifecycle.
Role Involves:
- Leading and managing a team of Solution Architects and Administrators.
- Owning the post-sales systems roadmap.
- Translating business strategy into scalable system solutions.
- Driving the delivery of high-impact projects.
- Establishing best practices for system architecture, governance, and security.
- Partnering with post-sales stakeholders to define business requirements.
- Monitoring and reporting on system performance.
- Managing vendor relationships.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce or post-sales systems roles, with 3+ years managing Salesforce systems.
- 3+ years in a leadership role managing Salesforce teams.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Knowledge Management, Case Management, Customer Portals, and Customer Success tools.
- Experience with Gainsight and Certinia preferred.
- Strong understanding of post-sales processes and their system needs.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale Salesforce projects.
- Experience with Agile delivery, sprint planning, and capacity/resource management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Salesforce certifications preferred.
