Job Description
Marqeta is seeking a Compliance Advisory Manager to focus on debit and prepaid card products. This role involves implementing and monitoring the company’s Compliance Management Program, ensuring adherence to banking laws and regulations. The Compliance Advisory Manager will serve as the subject matter expert for Debit and Prepaid Compliance, collaborating with internal departments and external partners.
Role Involves:
- Staying up-to-date on relevant regulations.
- Developing and maintaining compliance policies.
- Identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
- Monitoring compliance and conducting audits.
- Reviewing and approving training programs.
- Preparing compliance documentation and reports.
- Assisting with audits and exams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or audit, with debit/prepaid products.
- Excellent understanding of Regulation E, Prepaid rules, and UDAAP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
