Job Description
ConnectWise is seeking a Senior Software Consulting Specialist to provide consulting and implementation support to its partners. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure clients have the necessary support as they integrate with ConnectWise products. This position is responsible for interacting directly with partners for consulting and implementation needs.
  • Provides support to the Onboarding & Consulting teams
  • Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
  • Coordinates project implementation, working closely with the client and internal project team
  • Conducts kick-off meetings with new clients
  • Effectively communicates project status to clients
  • Coordinates software configurations and consulting via online webinar, email, and phone sessions
  • Conducts technical training, system configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Supports product installation and configuration
  • Documents all customer interactions using hosted business automation and ticketing software
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to manage projects and processes independently
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable work area
  • Strong presentation, data analytics, and communication skills
