Job Description
ConnectWise, a global software company, is seeking a Corporate Development Senior Manager to manage all aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) processes. This role involves driving the deal thesis for acquisitions and working with cross-functional teams to support growth strategies through strategic development, operational planning, and integration management. The Corporate Development Director will report to ConnectWise leadership and board of directors.Role involves:
- Managing all aspects of M&A strategy formation and deal execution end to end.
- Compiling and analyzing data regarding companies to be acquired.
- Proactively identifying targets in core acquisition areas and establishing business relationships with senior leaders.
- Leading the development of P&L and performance analyses and presentations regarding the impact of a merger/acquisition.
- Assisting with deal structuring, risk assessments, and monetization modeling.
- Developing integration plans in partnership with the integration management office and senior company leaders.
Requirements:
- Strong competency as an individual contributor with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage large projects and processes independently.
- Strong modeling skills and understanding of financial statements.
- Outstanding spoken and written communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, with 4+ years in M&A.
