C6 Bank is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor for Accounting Reconciliation. This role is responsible for composing, comparing, and reconciling financial and accounting records to ensure the accuracy of financial data, prevent errors and inconsistencies, and guarantee compliance with accounting standards and regulations. He/she will structure end-to-end accounting reconciliation processes for products and services, reviewing financial histories and accounting roadmaps. He/she will also specify accounting rules to support the construction of indicators and dashboards, enabling better management of processes and automation of reconciliations. He/she will analyze indicators and financial, transactional, and accounting data to identify improvements and opportunities in the reconciliation and accounting integration process, focusing on mitigating risks, operational losses, and regulatory reports.
