Fazz Agen is seeking a Business Development Associate to join their Billfazz & Payments unit, specializing in B2B sales. This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia, and focuses on market expansion and revenue growth. The Business Development Associate will play a crucial role in driving client acquisition, conducting market research, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

What this role involves:

  • Achieving assigned revenue targets and contributing to business growth.
  • Driving client acquisition and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Conducting in-depth market research and gathering insights.
  • Evaluating prospective clients and coordinating meetings.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.
  • Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports and insights.

Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in sales/business development (B2B partnerships is a plus).
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Communication, Business, or Management.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the Financial Technology industry.
  • Highly proactive, with strong initiative and the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
  • Open to fresh graduates.
