Senior Delivery Manager, Partner Focus - APJ at GitLab

GitLab is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager, Partner Focus - APJ to oversee successful Professional Services delivery through internal teams and external partners. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, ensuring they meet performance expectations, and serving as the primary contact for operational issues. The Delivery Manager collaborates with internal teams to resolve challenges and optimize partner performance across the entire delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain project delivery standards.
• Oversee the work of the Program Delivery team.
• Monitor the progress of all customer projects.
• Manage partner resource allocation.
• Drive quality and consistency across delivery standards.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage partner onboarding process.

Requirements:

• 8+ years experience in professional services delivery management.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of five year’s experience in a supervisory position (required)
• DevOps industry-specific understanding of services and technology involved.
• A minimum of ten years of experience in the industry.
• Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience with resource management and capacity planning.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (preferred).
