Site Contracts Manager

Job Description

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Site Contracts Manager to manage clinical site agreements, particularly in the APAC region. This is a remote role based in Taiwan. The Contracts Manager will review, draft, negotiate, and track legal agreements, including confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements. They will also participate in setting up contracting strategies for assigned projects and work closely with the Clinical Operations study team to ensure deliverables align with study timelines.Role involves:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements and vendor contracts.
• Managing, controlling, and tracking the contract process within the APAC region.
• Setting up site contracting strategy and executing contracts.
• Site budget negotiation.
• Client facing during the site contracting process.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements and vendor contracts.
• Experience in managing site agreements including the APAC.
• Strong site budget negotiation experience.
• Experience within CRO, life science, biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience interacting with Global institutions with focus on APAC ones.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to detail.
• Graduate, postgraduate, 4-year college degree or Equivalent experience ideally in a legal or scientific or healthcare discipline
• Relevant experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, vendor contracts and site Budget negotiations, but no less than 5 years’ experience.
• Experienced leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsor
• Fluency in English
