Job Description

interface.ai is seeking a BDR Manager to lead and mentor a team of 3-6 BDRs. The BDR Manager will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing multi-touch cadences, building automated list segmentation, and partnering with Marketing and RevOps to refine ICP and territory plans. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven coaching mindset and a passion for driving efficiency and decision-making with generative AI tools.What this role involves:

• Leading, mentoring, and coaching a pod of 3-6 BDRs.
• Carrying a "player-coach" quota for qualified meetings.
• Designing, testing, and optimizing multi-touch cadences.
• Building automated list segmentation and enrichment workflows.
• Partnering with Marketing and RevOps to refine ICP and territory plans.
• Analyzing funnel metrics and presenting weekly dashboards to Sales leadership.
• Recruiting and onboarding new BDRs.

Requirements:

• 2+ years managing a small BDR/SDR team.
• 2+ years of individual-contributor success.
• Hands-on mastery of Apollo.io, Nooks, HubSpot, Salesforce.
• Bay Area residency and willingness to work from offices 4-5 days a week.
