Job Description
Wellhub is seeking a Client Success Senior Manager to join their Sales team in Mexico. This role is responsible for nurturing strong relationships with a portfolio of large clients, driving their long-term growth and satisfaction. The Client Success Senior Manager will act as an individual contributor, owning critical initiatives and collaborating with senior stakeholders.

The role involves:
  • Maintaining proactive relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients.
  • Understanding client needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Developing scalable success plans aligned with client business goals.
  • Monitoring and analyzing client usage to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Conducting regular business reviews with clients.
  • Identifying and executing strategies to increase subscriber growth and MRR.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong network of contacts within client accounts.
  • Exploring and developing scalable strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborating with the Wellbeing Engagement team to improve communication with clients.
  • Collaborating with indirect channel clients to maximize their success and satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience (4-5 years) in account management, client success, or similar B2B roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and client communication platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for client success and commitment to excellence.
  • Fluent English (oral and written).
