Role Involves:
- Shaping Groupon’s global tax strategy and goals
- Monitoring global tax law changes
- Supporting reorganizations, M&A, and group restructurings
- Handling international tax audits and authority enquiries
- Assessing tax impacts of new business initiatives
- Managing intercompany tax/transfer pricing matters
- Overseeing monthly WHT processes and UK tax compliance
- Collaborating with external advisers and internal teams
- Supporting global TP compliance
Requirements:
- Experience in international tax
- Knowledge of global tax law changes (e.g., BEPS 2.0, MDR/DAC6)
- Experience with reorganizations, M&A, and group restructurings
- Experience handling international tax audits and authority enquiries
- Experience managing intercompany tax/transfer pricing matters
- Experience with UK tax compliance
