Job Description
Precision for Medicine is seeking a Site Contracts Manager to join their team. This is a remote-based opportunity in Taiwan. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and tracking a variety of legal agreements, including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements across various locations. They will actively participate in setting up contracting strategies for assigned projects and work closely with the Clinical Operations study team to ensure deliverables align with study timelines. This is not a line manager position.
The role involves:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements and vendor contracts.
- Managing, controlling, and tracking the contract process within the APAC region.
- Setting up site contracting strategy and executing contracts.
- Site budget negotiation.
- Client facing during the site contracting process.
Requirements:
- Strong relevant experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements and vendor contracts, as well as management, control and tracking of the contract process within APAC region.
- Strong site budget negotiation experience.
- Experience within CRO, life science, biotech or pharmaceutical industry is essential.
- Experience interacting with Global institutions with focus on APAC ones.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to detail.
- Graduate, postgraduate, 4-year college degree Equivalent experience ideally in a legal or scientific or healthcare discipline
- Relevant experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, vendor contracts and site Budget negotiations, but no less than 5 years’ experience.
- Experienced leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsor
- Fluency in English
