Yext is seeking an Account Executive to join their Mid-Market Sales team. This role focuses on selling to mid-size opportunities within Yext’s Enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will be committed to winning and capitalizing on the untapped customer base that could benefit from Yext’s product offering. What This Role Involves: - Prospecting and developing sales opportunities within Yext’s mid-size corporate sales segment.
- Managing complete and complex sales cycles, often presenting to C-level executives.
- Forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement.
- Promoting the Yext vision through product demonstrations and in-market events.
- Managing the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics.
- Territory/Vertical identification and research.
- Pipeline development through cold calling, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge.
- Partnering with Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Executives.
Requirements: - BA/BS degree or similar college level education (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of sales or relevant account management experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the C-level.
- Demonstrated success in carrying a quota and closing Fortune 1000 deals.
- Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions.
- Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles.
- Successful history of net direct new business sales.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
