C6 Bank is seeking a Senior Liquidity Risk and Capital Management Analyst to join their Risk Management team. This role is crucial for managing regulatory capital, ensuring adequate resources to cover financial risks, and complying with regulations set by the Central Bank of Brazil.

The role involves:

• Analyzing and monitoring C6 Bank's capital position to meet regulatory and internal requirements.
• Assisting in capital management by identifying optimization opportunities.
• Preparing management reports and executive presentations on capital management.
• Developing reports to enhance managerial and regulatory information flow.
• Collaborating with Finance, Treasury, and Accounting to improve capital management metrics.
• Actively participating in creating risk management policies and guidelines.
• Preparing and improving regulatory documents for BACEN, including DLO, DLI, and Pillar 3.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Experience and/or knowledge in financial regulations (Basel Index, Leverage Ratio, Operational Risk, etc.).
• Proficiency in VBA/Python/SQL programming.
• Analytical, proactive profile with strong problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work in person in central São Paulo (Av. 9 de Julho).
