Job Description
SevenRooms is seeking an Account Executive to join their team in Chicago. This role involves working directly with restaurants and hospitality groups to identify gaps in their current tools and recommending SevenRooms platform solutions. The Account Executive will add new restaurants to the SevenRooms platform and collaborate with operational teams to support onboarding. They will also foster relationships with operators to ensure a smooth transition and commitment to using the platform. The Account Executive will report to the Sales Manager, NAM.
Role Involves:
- Restaurant Acquisition: Develop a pipeline of restaurants and hospitality groups.
- Sales Experience: Master the value proposition of the SevenRooms platform.
- Presentations: Conduct meetings and demos virtually and in person.
- Full Cycle Sales: Own 100% of the sale from prospecting to go-live.
- Trusted Advisor: Build relationships with partners and advocate for SevenRooms clients.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hospitality technology sales experience
- Face-to-face and virtual presentation capability
- Autonomous in work and able to work both in-office and remotely
- Technologically savvy with a desire to learn new tools
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and equivalent tools
- Restaurant / Hospitality experience a plus
- Travel into core markets periodically
