CloudKitchens is seeking a People Operations Associate in Makati City. The People Operations Associate will administer and document daily operations for the local people team and maintain the region's knowledge library. They will build relationships with the payroll manager, HRBP, and recruiting manager, serving as the first point of contact for people-related questions.
Responsibilities:
Support onboarding administration (employee documentation, Workday data entry, orientation, systems access, benefits liaison).
Fulfill basic report requests from Workday and other HR data sources.
Address questions regarding HR programs and policies, redirecting issues as needed.
Administer, track, and document people processes and local legal reporting requirements.
Partner with business leaders and legal teams to optimize processes and policies.
Maintain the knowledge base content for the region.
Liaise with the Payroll associate to provide monthly employee payroll data.
Handle ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (written and oral).
Experience in data management & reporting.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to instill trust and influence.
Bachelor’s Degree.
2+ years’ experience as an HR Generalist or HR Analyst.
