C6 Bank is seeking a Senior Process Analyst to support the management of high-income customer service operations. This role involves defining processes for service operators, training them on products, tools, and procedures, and monitoring service quality. They will also create insights and diagnostics of indicators to provide feedback to areas with improvement proposals in products, procedures or people.
  • Define processes with partner areas for service operators.
  • Map improvement needs in service tools and processes.
  • Organize and prioritize requests for support squads.
  • Construct materials for formalizing processes.
  • Define and govern operator access.
  • Monitor projects and actions to enhance customer and operator experience.
Requirements:
  • Experience with process mapping and definition.
  • Previous experience in project management and customer service processes.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is desirable.
  • Education in Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
