Tide is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team and focus on providing card acquiring and revenue-based financing solutions to small business customers. The role involves understanding customer needs, matching them with appropriate products, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Contacting and managing small business customers through the application process.
- Understanding card acquiring needs and card revenues.
- Articulating Tide and Funding Options propositions.
- Outbound calling of prospect customers.
- Working closely with Lead Generation and marketing teams.
- Maintaining accurate information in Salesforce.
- Monitoring industry trends.
- Experience in card acquiring, POS devices, or commercial finance.
- Track record of meeting revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented work ethic.
- Obsessive about customer service.
- Well-organized and analytical.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Self-starter.
