Job Description
Tide is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team and focus on providing card acquiring and revenue-based financing solutions to small business customers. The role involves understanding customer needs, matching them with appropriate products, and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Contacting and managing small business customers through the application process.
  • Understanding card acquiring needs and card revenues.
  • Articulating Tide and Funding Options propositions.
  • Outbound calling of prospect customers.
  • Working closely with Lead Generation and marketing teams.
  • Maintaining accurate information in Salesforce.
  • Monitoring industry trends.
  • Experience in card acquiring, POS devices, or commercial finance.
  • Track record of meeting revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented work ethic.
  • Obsessive about customer service.
  • Well-organized and analytical.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues.
  • Self-starter.
