Senior Asset Finance Specialist

Tide is seeking a Senior Asset Finance Specialist to join their Sales Team. This role, within the Funding Options by Tide family, focuses on helping small businesses access the right finance through effective conversations and understanding their needs.

The Senior Asset Finance Specialist will engage with small business customers, build relationships with commercial lending partners, and articulate the Funding Options by Tide proposition. They will also maintain accurate information in Salesforce and stay updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities include:

• Meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Contacting, engaging, and managing small business customers through their application process
• Building and nurturing working relationships with commercial lending partners
• Articulating the Funding Options by Tide proposition and service
• Gaining an in-depth understanding of lenders and products in the asset finance market
• Maintaining accurate information in Salesforce
• Monitoring industry trends

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in asset finance (brokerage or lender)
• A track record of meeting or exceeding revenue-based targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A results-oriented work ethic with attention to detail
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
