Apollo.io is seeking a Learning & Capability Development Manager to join their team. This role is crucial for driving performance, growth, and innovation within the company. The Learning & Capability Development Manager will report to the Director of Learning and Development and will be responsible for designing and delivering high-priority learning programs, leveraging AI and learning science to build scalable learning experiences, and partnering with functional leaders to translate business challenges into measurable learning interventions.

Requirements:
