Apollo.io is seeking a Learning & Capability Development Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in driving performance, growth, and innovation through strategic learning initiatives. The Learning & Capability Development Manager will report to the Director of Learning and Development.

- Designing and executing high-priority learning programs.
- Leveraging AI and learning science to build scalable learning experiences.
- Acting as the primary learning partner for functional leaders.
- Integrating learning technology to streamline content development and learner engagement.
- Partnering with SMEs to define role-specific skills and build programs to close skill gaps.
- Setting up evaluation mechanisms to measure impact and gather learner insights.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Learning and Capability Development, Learning & Development, or a similar role.
- Experience building and operationalizing skill taxonomies and capability frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to design and scale learning programs.
- Practical experience leveraging AI tools to streamline content creation and personalize learning experiences.
- Strong ability to partner with business leaders and translate strategic priorities into learning initiatives.
- Comfortable balancing high-level strategy with tactical execution.
- Deep understanding of instructional design and behavior change models.
- Operates as a self-directed learner who regularly investigates new learning methods, tools, and content models.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
