Apollo.io is seeking a Learning & Capability Development Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in driving performance, growth, and innovation through strategic learning initiatives. The Learning & Capability Development Manager will report to the Director of Learning and Development.

  • Partnering with SMEs to define role-specific skills and build programs to close skill gaps.
  • Setting up evaluation mechanisms to measure impact and gather learner insights.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Learning and Capability Development, Learning & Development, or a similar role.
  • Experience building and operationalizing skill taxonomies and capability frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and scale learning programs.
  • Practical experience leveraging AI tools to streamline content creation and personalize learning experiences.
  • Strong ability to partner with business leaders and translate strategic priorities into learning initiatives.
  • Comfortable balancing high-level strategy with tactical execution.
  • Deep understanding of instructional design and behavior change models.
  • Operates as a self-directed learner who regularly investigates new learning methods, tools, and content models.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator.
