Job Description
The Security Director role at the company involves establishing security practices across global operations. The director will educate internal teams and customers on security measures, communicate project risk status, and provide strategic recommendations. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of security disciplines, risk management, and compliance.

Role involves:
  • Developing and implementing a security strategy.
  • Ensuring consistent application of security policies across all Hubs.
  • Identifying, assessing, and evaluating security risks.
  • Serving as a point of contact for customers.
  • Ensuring adherence to security regulations and contractual obligations.
  • Preparing and presenting security reports.
  • Establishing and maintaining security best practices.
  • Supporting incident response management.
  • Collaborating with project, operations, and engineering teams.
  • Addressing security-related planning and capacity issues.
  • Planning and approving training opportunities for the security team.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in information security.
  • 5+ years in a global leadership role.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CSSLP, CISM).
  • Based in Kraków and ready to come twice per week to the office
