Job Description
Diligent is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team in Bengaluru, India. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for non-technical positions, including leadership roles. They will partner closely with hiring managers to proactively source, network, and pipeline future hires.
  • Identifying, engaging, and attracting experienced hires through various sourcing methods.
  • Leveraging technology, including applicant tracking systems, to track applicants.
  • Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates.
  • Partnering with the Talent Acquisition Manager to improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders to build a customer-centric, high-performing culture.
  • Leveraging the ATS as a strategic tool and ensuring clean data for tracking and reporting.
  • Providing market insights, including competitive intelligence and compensation trends.
  • Proven track record in recruitment for non-technical positions, including leadership roles (3+ years).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strategic mindset with experience solving complex talent acquisition challenges.
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience at a senior leadership level.
  • Ability to own the end-to-end candidate experience.
